1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you visit. Like any website, our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver pages — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — in its server logs. We do not set cookies ourselves and do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Google services. Our pages load the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. The “Open in Google Maps” link on our contact page takes you to Google’s own site only if you click it.

“Get notified at launch” form. Your email address, the product and page language you chose, the time you signed up, and a one-way coded value derived from your IP address (not the address itself), used only to block abuse.

Emails to us. When you write to info@thinkiplay.com, we process your message and contact details to reply.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

To send you one email when the product you chose launches — based on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5(1); GDPR art. 6(1)(a) where it applies). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

To keep the website and the form secure and free of spam — our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5(2)(f); GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

To reply to your emails — to take the steps you asked for.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Where it is stored and who receives it

The sign-up list is stored on our own server in Türkiye.

Each new sign-up is sent as an internal notification to our company mailbox (info@thinkiplay.com), which runs on Microsoft 365.

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States) and fonts are provided by Google LLC. Using these services involves transferring technical data abroad (KVKK art. 9).

We share personal data with public authorities only when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Sign-up email addresses: until we send the launch email for that product, or until you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first.

Hosting logs: for the period set by the hosting provider.

Email correspondence: as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Under article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you may ask whether we process your data, request information about it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, learn who it was shared with, object to a result reached solely by automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have similar rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Write to info@thinkiplay.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

7. Children

This website is meant for adults — parents, educators and professionals. Please do not use the sign-up form if you are under 18.

8. Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
